Below you’ll find the steps to follow to return an item to us.

Returns:
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please make sure to send your return with Track & Trace, so you can follow the package. BELLE NO is not responsible for any return shipments that go missing or don’t arrive.
The cost of returning your item depends on the size of the package and the postal service you choose. Sadly, we can’t refund these return costs.

Return Policy – Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Check if your return meets the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The day your package is delivered counts as Day 1, and the return must be delivered back to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. The shipping packaging doesn’t need to be original, as long as the items are well protected.

Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

Tags must still be attached to the item.

Jewelry and accessories (bags/belts) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. These returns will be refused.

Sale items can be returned. Please note: when returning a sale item, you will receive a store credit.
