Returns:
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, at your own expense. All returns must be sent with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and the return shipping costs. BELLE NO does not take responsibility for any return packages.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately cannot be reimbursed. The price of returning an item may vary depending on the package and postal service used.


Return Policy – Step-by-Step:

Step 1: Check if your return meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The day your package is delivered counts as Day 1, and the return must be delivered back to us within 14 days.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. The shipping packaging doesn’t need to be original, as long as the items are well protected.

  • Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

  • Tags must still be attached to the item.

  • Jewelry and accessories (bags/belts) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. These returns will be refused.

  • Sale items can be returned. Please note: when returning a sale item, you will receive a store credit.

  • Your order number 

  • The item(s) you wish to return + reason

You will receive an email with further return instructions.
