Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day, except for pre-orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

We carefully inspect all items, but unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item arrives damaged. In this case, please send an email with a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you as soon as possible.
